Nogori is a multivendor e-commerce application that makes it easy to shop your favorite products across various categories with fast delivery across Bangladesh. Your privacy is important to us, and we offer clear and simple ways to manage or delete your account and associated data.

Account Deletion Options

Website Account Deletion

The easiest way to delete your account is directly through our website:

1. Log in to the Nogori website at https://nogori.com

2. Navigate to "Profile"

3. Select "Account Delete"

4. Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently delete your account

Alternative Deletion Request Method

If you're unable to access the website or face issues with the deletion process, you may request account deletion by:

• Emailing us at: masterdesignbd@gmail.com

• Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

• Include the email address associated with your Nogori account

We will process your request within 14 business days and send a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Data Management

Data Deletion Information

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following:

• All transaction records

• Shopping history

• Saved items and wishlists

• Account credentials

• User preferences and settings

• Any personal information linked to your profile

• Vendor information (if applicable)

Data Retention

We retain only the following non-personal information after account deletion:

• Anonymized usage statistics that cannot be linked to your identity

• Aggregated analytics used to enhance app performance

• Crash reports without any personal identifiers

These anonymized records are kept for a maximum of 90 days after your account is deleted.
