1. Shipping Coverage
- We deliver across Bangladesh.
- International shipping is currently unavailable.
2. Delivery Time
We process and ship orders every day except Fridays and public holidays. Estimated delivery times:
📍 Inside Dhaka: 2-3 business days
📍 Outside Dhaka: 3-7 business days
🚀 Express Delivery: Available for select locations inside Dhaka (1-2 business days). Additional charges may apply.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to unavoidable circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer affordable delivery rates based on location and package size.
- Inside Dhaka: ৳70
- Outside Dhaka: ৳120
- Express Delivery: Starts from ৳150
Shipping charges may change based on promotions, bulk orders, or special discounts.
4. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed before 5 PM are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next business day.
- Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via SMS or email.
5. Order Confirmation & Tracking
- After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation SMS/email.
- Once dispatched, you can track your order through our delivery partner’s system.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available across Bangladesh.
- COD orders require a verification call before processing.
- Customers must pay the full amount to the delivery person before opening the package.
7. Prepaid Orders
- We accept Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, Debit/Credit Cards, and Bank Transfers.
- Prepaid orders are prioritized for faster processing.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to:
❌ Incorrect address
❌ Customer unavailability
❌ Unreachable phone number
👉 The courier may attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us. Customers must reconfirm for a second attempt or pay re-delivery charges.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package is damaged or lost, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- For lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation with our courier partner.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.
